My name is Jordan Shay, and I am the Founder and a Licensed Medicare Agent at Senior Med Partners. With over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, I specialize in all areas of Medicare, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans.

I started Senior Med Partners because I saw a major gap in this industry — too many seniors enroll in a plan and never hear from their agent again. I believe Medicare should be built on long-term relationships, not one-time transactions. My passion is providing my clients with consistent, year-round guidance, education, and support, so they always feel confident in their coverage as their needs change.

I am licensed to serve clients in Indiana, Texas, and Florida, and I take pride in offering personalized, transparent, and unbiased Medicare guidance. My goal is simple: to remove the confusion from Medicare and replace it with clarity, confidence, and trusted support.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of five children, and my family and I love traveling the country in our RV, exploring new places and creating lifelong memories. I bring that same level of dedication, care, and commitment to every client relationship I build.
